About Bluegill Booking Agency

Bluegill Booking Agency was created by people who want to help artists they believe in succeed.  Bluegill was founded in 2022 by Alyson Molter with help from Caleb Conrady.  

Alyson, who moved to Nashville in 2019 from Indiana, says, "Music is connected to almost everything we do.  We listen to music in the car, at the gym, on a walk, at home, in the shower, on a date, at a party, a bar, shopping, at the salon...Music is EVERYWHERE.  Our goal is to take the artists we believe in and connect them with you."

Caleb, a native born Texan transplanted in Nashville for ten years, has seen and worked in many sides of the industry, from spending his first few years songwriting and connecting with many of the talented acts Nashville has to offer, to touring with Luke Combs, Travis Tritt and tour managing Dawson Edwards learning the ropes of the road.  Caleb now hopes to see the artists he believes in most  have a chance to hit the road, play shows, and bring the fun and passion for music Nashville is known for to your venue!
